This ale is handcrafted using the finest black Perigord truffles cultivated at The Truffle
& Wine Company in Manjimup, Western Australia. Devilishly dark, this full bodied ale
displays characters of spicy fruitcake and brandied raisins. The aromas of toffee and
chocolate, combined with the unique truffle flavour, make it a distinctive, luxurious ale
to be enjoyed as you would a good red wine, on its own or with fine food such as roast
game or poultry dishes.
